Gippy is married to Ravneet Kaur and has two sons, Ekomkar Grewal and Gurfateh Grewal (Shinda). While working, he released his first music album, which unfortunately didn’t perform well with the audience. Post the completion of his graduation, he moved to Delhi and started working in a hotel. Since childhood, Gippy had a keen interest in music and he often participated in singing competitions during his school days. Grewal did his schooling from Nankana Sahib Public School in Ludhiana and later went to North India Institute of Hotel Management, Panchkula to pursue his graduate degree in Hotel Management. He has an elder brother named Sippy Grewal, who is a film producer in the Punjabi film industry. He is the son of late Santokh Singh and Kulwant Kaur. He was born on 2nd January 1983 in Koon Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Rupinder Singh Grewal, popularly known as Gippy Grewal, is an Indian actor, singer, and producer who is mainly associated with Punjabi industry. People used to eagerly wait for his latest movies and songs to come up. He has worked in a lot of movies which turned out to be hit Punjabi movies.
